Office 365 Business Premium subscription required*. Outlook Customer Manager helps small businesses track and grow relationships with customers.

It shows customer communication history, surfaces important tasks and reminders, and tracks deal activities in one place enabling individuals and teams to stay on top of customer relationships. It is included in the Office 365 Business Premium subscription. This mobile app gives access to customer and deal information and reminders when you are not at your desk – e.g. Canon mx430 scan. Checking key information from outside a customer’s office, referencing last meeting notes just before an upcoming one, quickly jotting down discussion points without having to wait to get back to the office, or scanning a business card. To take advantage of all the features of this mobile companion app, we recommend first running Outlook Customer Manager on your desktop via the Outlook 2016 for Windows application.

Re: OCM available in Mac client? Hi Chris, We have OCM on Outlook Inbox but the Full OCM view (with list of all your contacts, companies and deals) is only available on Outlook Windows. Business Contact Manager for Outlook helps small businesses build, track, and grow relationships with customers. It is available by download only.

SimpleKev, Not reliable I had high hopes for this app because of the advertised integration with the office 365 Business Center and other apps. I have witnessed several strange errors, but mainly the contact syncing is horrible. When I add a contact, it shows in the app as offline. As soon as the list is refreshed, the contact disappears from the app. But oddly shows in the Invoicing app. This had promise to be the ultimate productivity app for me and my business, but I am really disappointed.

Maybe someday Microsoft will get there.
