Hi, Is there any 'simple' way to stream System Audio out from my Macs (MacbookPro and Mac Mini(PPC)) so that I can monitor this over the LAN/Internet? If there isn't then is there any way at all???
The SHOUTcast DNAS Server and Transcoder are both built to be run from the command-line console (or as a native service if using this mode) which may appear to be daunting when most interaction done with the operating system is done via a graphical interface (GUI).
I have been running a Shoutcast server on the Mac Mini and forwarding its ports through my Airport network, but ironically all that I can currently do is 'broadcast' the audio from a PC using Winamp and the Shoutcast Plugin. If there's any way to run System Audio through the Shoutcast server then my problem is quickly solved!! Thanks in advance for your help!
