What USB Lav are you using (Saramonic or another brand)? You can shift the mic audio recording the amount needed in ScreenFlow timeline to bring it back in sync. The headphone jack in may work but the built in preamp may add noise. You could use an external device. I use a Behringer U-Phoria UMC22 which is about $40 and there are less expensive devices than that.
It has XLR and and 1/4' input. Of course some of these devices may introduce delay as well.
